Here it is in all it's 'glory', straight out of the van after picking it up.
As you can see, it's not standard and there is a fair bit to do but, for the price, I can't complain too much.
The wheels, clocks, pipe and frame were all pretty tidy. The tank and panels had been brush painted black, by hand, and will certainly need to be sanded down (oh joy!) and resprayed, and the rest is a mystery that is waiting to be discovered. First plan was to find out whether or not I'd need to be on the hunt for a new gearbox or not.
